Talmei Elazar junction Wadi Ara

On March 30th, 1993, the policemen Moti Israel, 35 years old and his friend Daniel Hazut, 32, were on duty in Wadi Ara area.

Four terrorists that have committed a series of killings in the area ambushed them and around 1:45 that night shot the two policemen and killed them.

The terrorists were dressed in IDF uniforms and wore Yarmulke’s pretending to be Jewish, the Terrorists used a Ford sierra car resembling the car used by the police detectives in order to lower the two policemen suspicion.
