Ironi Alef School

On Friday night, June 1st 2001, Liana Sakian, 16 years old went dancing in the “Dolfi” dancing club near the Dlfinarium in Tel Aviv. While she was in queue a suicide terrorist exploded near the queue killing 21 young people most of them younger than 18 years old and wounding dozens.

Liana learnt at the “Ironi Alef” school in Tel aviv in the plastic art department.

Liana is commemorated in the school memorial corner.
