On May 21st 1949 some children played with an object they found near their house. The object was an old grenade. The grenade exploded killing five and wounding others.
The children that died are: Aviva Alexandrovich, 10 years old, Daniel Meltzer, 10 and his brother Dror, 12, Mordechai Sokolovski, 13 and Eli Radkovich, 9.
