Central memorial in village

On Thursday, March 24th 1955 Varda Friedman, 23 years old went to a wedding ceremony at the Patish village center.

Terrorists from Egypt penetrated the village and attacked the celebrating people, the trrorists threw granadesa and shot the people.

19 people were wounded, Varda fell after shot at her legs, when she was down the terrorists approached and shot her from close range, killing her.
